Originally from Mauritius, Roweena Thomas previously worked for Pam Golding in Botswana for seventeen years, before returning this year to join the Mauritian team. In her new role as Head of Sales, she oversees sales on the local market, ensuring a consistent approach and delivering optimal support to clients.
Mauritian property consultant Mridula Sembhoo has been part of the Pam Golding Mauritius journey for more than fifteen years. She works with an international clientele with confidence and professionalism. Fluent in French, English and Hindi, her dedication and client-focused approach earned her the prestigious Emerald Agent title, placing her among the top twenty agents within the group.
As Administrative Manager, Dorinne Rousseau ensures that procedures and essential formalities required for property transactions are handled efficiently. Thanks to her organisational skills and attention to detail, she has contributed for many years to the smooth flow of internal operations.
Specialising in property resales in the Tamarin and Rivière Noire region, Natasha Lauderdale, originally from South Africa, is known for her constant smile and warm approach when working with clients.

Property consultant Manon Duez comes from Belgium. After living in France and Spain, she settled in Mauritius with her family nearly seven years ago. She now has an in-depth understanding of the island’s different regions. Fluent in French, English, Spanish and Creole, she connects naturally with a diverse international clientele.
Mauritian Emilie Guerel joined the company in 2018 and serves as Marketing Manager. With a background in marketing and communications, she has developed strong expertise in the property sector. She supports the promotion of off-plan developments and works closely with the sales teams to enhance the visibility and positioning of projects.
Originally from France and having lived in Mauritius for thirty-seven years, Nicole Philibert specialises in sales and rentals in the northern region, particularly in Grand Baie, where she has built a strong reputation over the years.
Within the northern office, Emilie Hofsteede has worked in administration for more than a decade. She supports both agents and clients throughout the processes linked to sales and rentals, while her positive energy contributes to the friendly atmosphere of the office.

Born into a Mauritian family, Claudine Malecek joined Pam Golding in 2017. After starting her career in administration, she progressed within the rental management department before becoming a property consultant. Her natural ability to build genuine relationships allows her to work easily with both local and international clients.
With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Nikki Relph, originally from Durban, South Africa, moved to Mauritius two years ago after falling in love with the island. A Rental Agent at Pam Golding Mauritius, she is also the Property Specialist for Azuri Golf and Ocean Village and is known for her attention to detail and professionalism.
Mauritian administrator Esha Gungah brings strong organisational skills to the team, developed during her career in the banking sector. Professional and efficient, she manages her daily responsibilities with precision and positivity.
Originally from South Africa, Toni Bechard has been living in Mauritius for over a decade. Fluent in English and French, she works with both local and international buyers and tenants. Her communication skills and client-oriented approach are valuable assets.

Having been with Pam Golding for more than ten years, Kiran Ghyaram began her career as a sales assistant before specialising in commercial property transactions in the central region of the island.
At the Rivière Noire office, Joelle Hurboseea has been welcoming clients for more than eleven years. Her administrative role plays an important part in ensuring that transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently. Her cheerful personality helps create a welcoming office environment.
Originally from South Africa, Tina Adams initially worked for the group’s head office in South Africa before joining Mont Choisy Rental Management as an accountant. Her precision and efficiency ensure rigorous financial management.
Valerie Vitcher, Rental Manager at Mont Choisy Rental Management, brings valuable experience combining both real estate and hospitality. She plays a key role in supporting property owners and tenants, ensuring attentive and professional service at every stage.

Behind the scenes at Mont Choisy Golf and Beach Estate, Nathalie, Babita, Nazinah and Azeena play an essential role in ensuring that properties are carefully cleaned, aired and prepared for homeowners.
